Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by law.
5. AI Content Disclaimer
PreachPal uses artificial intelligence to transcribe audio, detect Bible verse references, and generate sermon notes. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally misleading. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and independently verifying all AI-generated content, including Bible verse references and sermon summaries, before relying on them for theological, educational, or devotional purposes.
PreachPal makes no guarantee of theological accuracy, doctrinal alignment, or translation fidelity. Always consult primary sources (printed Bibles, pastoral counsel, qualified teachers) for matters of faith and doctrine.
6. Religious Interpretation Disclaimer
PreachPal is a technical tool for sermon listening assistance. It does not represent any denomination, doctrine, or theological authority. The App does not interpret Scripture, recommend doctrines, or endorse religious positions. All interpretation of sermon content and Scripture remains your personal responsibility and the responsibility of your spiritual community.
7. Recording Consent Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of PreachPal to record sermons complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including wiretapping, two-party consent, and copyright laws.
