Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Premium's cloud minutes reset on the first of each month. On most new installs the free plan's cloud enhancement is a one-time allowance of up to 3 sermons or 180 cloud minutes in total, whichever comes first, and it never renews. Some devices and early-adopter accounts get a monthly allowance instead; the app always shows yours in Settings.

Common questions
Does PreachPal work without internet?
Yes. Transcription and live captions work offline on every device. The live journal also works offline on Apple Intelligence-capable devices, as long as you still have cloud enhancement available, either on Premium or on a free plan with allowance left. Once the free allowance is used up, journaling becomes a Premium feature, while recording and on-device transcription keep working, always. A connection improves quality when you have one, and losing it never interrupts a service.
Do I need an account?
There’s nothing to sign up for: no login, no email, no password to remember. Install the app and you’re ready for the next service.
Can PreachPal help me follow the service if I don’t hear well?
Yes. Live captions show every word as it’s spoken in large, readable type, the journal gathers the message as it unfolds, and you can re-read everything afterwards in English or Spanish.
Is the sermon audio recorded or stored?
No. The audio is transcribed in real time and used to generate and finalize your journal, then discarded by both the app and our cloud transcription partner. What remains is the written journal, stored on your device.
Which languages are supported?
English and Spanish at launch, with live translation between them and Bible translations bundled for both languages. Premium unlocks additional Bible versions, and more languages are on the way.
